Season three of The White Lotus premieres February 16 on HBO. The social satire is set at an exclusive Thai resort and follows the exploits of various guests and employees over the span of a week. Apple TV+ has renewed Silo for a third and fourth season, which will be the conclusion of the series, telling the complete story of Hugh Howey’s trilogy of dystopian novels. The series is the story of the last ten thousand people on Earth, their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. However, no one knows when or why the silo was built and those who try to find out face fatal consequences. Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer who seeks answers about a loved one’s murder and tumbles onto a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined, leading her to discover that if the lies don’t kill you, the truth will. 

Season two of 1923 premieres February 23 on Paramount+. A cruel winter brings new challenges and unfinished business to Jacob and Cara back at Dutton ranch. With harsh conditions and adversaries threatening to end the Dutton legacy, Spencer embarks on an arduous journey home, racing against time to save his family in Montana. Meanwhile, Alexandra sets off on her own harrowing trans-Atlantic journey to find Spencer and reclaim their love. 

Netflix has renewed A Man on the Inside starring Ted Danson for a second season. Charles, a retired man, gets a new lease on life when he answers an ad from a PI and becomes a mole in a secret investigation. From creator Mike Schur, the series is based on the documentary “The Mole Agent.”

Malcolm in the Middle will return for a four episode limited series on Disney+. The new episodes will see the return of original cast members Frankie Muniz as Malcolm, Bryan Cranston as Hal, and Jane Kaczmarek as Lois. The original series saw young genius Malcolm trying to navigate life with his quirky, often difficult family. In these brand-new episodes, Malcolm and his daughter are drawn into the family’s chaos when Hal and Lois demand his presence for their 40th wedding anniversary party.

Season three of The Way Home will now premiere on Hallmark Channel January 3. Episodes will now stream on Hallmark+ the following day. The series was initially set to premiere on Hallmark+ before its linear premiere later in 2025. 

OWN has renewed Belle Collective. Tambra Cheri, Marie Hamilton-Abston, Aikisha Holly-Colon, Lateshia Pearson, Latrice Rogers, Sophia O. Williams aka “Sogucci” and Selena Johnson are the dynamic ladies of “Belle Collective.” This group of entrepreneurs proudly represent their hometown of Jackson, Mississippi, showcasing the very best of Black female entrepreneurship in the modern South today. They skillfully navigate their businesses, charity work, and the ups and downs of their personal lives, all while looking fabulous and maintaining their signature blend of sweet and spice. 

The Boyfriend has been renewed for a second season on Netflix. The Japanese gay dating series sees a group of men living under one roof and run a coffee truck together to connect and hopefully meet their one true boyfriend over the course of a month.

Season three of Coach Prime premieres January 7 on Prime Video. Travis Hunter is one of one. 

Netflix has ordered Man vs. Baby to series. Rowan Atkinson will star in the series. 

Dinner With The Parents has been canceled after one season. The Amazon Freevee series was a remake of the popular British series. 

Syndicated talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show has been renewed for a seventh season. The renewal will bring the series hosted by Kelly Clarkson into 2026. 

Kristen Bell is set as the host of the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The SAG Awards will air February 23 on Netflix live from Los Angeles. Bell has previously hosted the awards ceremony back in 2018. 

The Winter 2025 anime season is quickly approaching.  Crunchyroll is set to simulcast more than 40 new, returning, and continuing anime series. The first episode of Peacock’s The Day of the Jackal will get a special airing on NBC December 30. An unrivaled and highly elusive lone assassin, the Jackal, makes his living carrying out hits for the highest fee. But following his latest kill, he meets his match in a tenacious British intelligence officer who starts to track down the Jackal in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe, leaving destruction in its wake. The series has already been renewed for a second season. 

All 153 episodes of Amy Sherman-Palladino’s beloved drama Gilmore Girls are now available to stream on hulu. Hulu has also gathered each season’s most festive episodes in one place, with the “Holiday Episodes” Collection available on the Gilmore Girls show page.  

Christmas with Andrea Bocelli and Friends: A Grammy Holiday Special will premiere December 24 on CBS. The special features Dua Lipa, Jennifer Hudson, Josh Groban, and Sofia Carson, alongside Andrea Bocelli’s wife Veronica Bocelli and daughter Virginia Bocelli. 

NBC has set its plans for New Year’s Eve on December 31. Repeat episodes of St. Denis Medical and Night Court will air from 8-9. A Toast To 2024 will air from 9-11. Sci-fi animated series Messi and the Giants is coming soon to Disney Channel. The series is inspired by worldwide football sensation Lionel Messi and unfolds in an epic saga where a young boy named Leo is transported from his home in Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe. Each 22-minute episode takes kids on a coming-of-age journey – that any viewer can see reflected in their own. The action-adventure series follows Leo, an ordinary 12-year-old boy with an extraordinary talent and a huge problem. The once-thriving world of Iko is in tatters at the mercy of the Giants who rule the 10 realms. Only one hero can save them … and he’s the size of a flea. Dexter: Resurrection will premiere on Paramount+ with Showtime Summer 2025. Michael C. Hall will return as Dexter Morgan. 

Deal or No Deal Island After Show with Boston Rob will premiere January 8 on Peacock, NBC’s YouTube Channel and NBC.com with new episodes every Wednesday following new episodes of Deal or No Deal Island. It will be hosted by Season 1 islander and reality competition all-star “Boston” Rob Mariano. Each week Rob will sit down with eliminated players to break down gameplay, talk drama on the island and share never-before-seen footage from the show. 

Impractical Jokers returns January 9 on TBS. New episodes also feature celebrity guest appearances from TikTok star Jax, AEW’s John Silver, SNL’s Colin Jost, and Peloton instructor Ally Love. Three comedians and lifelong friends compete to embarrass each other amongst the general public with a series of hilarious and outrageous dares. When Sal, Q, and Murr challenge each other to say or do something, they have to do it… if they refuse, they lose! At the end of every episode, the episode’s loser must endure a punishment of epic proportions. 

Whiskey on the Rocks premieres January 22 on hulu. The series is a playful take on what truly happened during the dramatic days at the turn of the month between October and November 1981, when the Soviet submarine U-137 ran aground in the Karlskrona archipelago. Never before has the world been closer to full-scale global conflict and all responsibility now rests on the shoulders of one man, Sweden’s Prime Minister Thorbjörn Fälldin. 

A&E is set to launch three new original series that delve into various facets of law enforcement, enhancing its lineup of crime and investigative programming. Kicking off the slate is Homicide Squad New Orleans, which follows a dedicated team of homicide detectives within the New Orleans Police Department, premiering on January 1. Next, Fugitive Hunters Mexico brings viewers along as an elite Mexican task force pursues American fugitives hiding south of the border, debuting on January 2. Finally, Ozark Law premieres on January 8, following two small police departments working to maintain order around Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks during the height of their tourist season.

A Carpool Karaoke Christmas is now streaming on Apple TV+. Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa and Chappell Roan each join Zane Lowe as he jumps into the driver’s seat joining the singers in singing along to Christmas classics, including “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and Wham!’s “Last Christmas,” along with their signature songs, such as Lady Gaga’s chart-topping “Die With A Smile,” Dua Lipa’s number one hit “Houdini” and Chappell Roan’s breakout hit “Good Luck, Babe!” As a holiday treat, Zane Lowe and Lady Gaga also debut a special version of “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town” on Apple Music and all major music platforms.

Netflix has announced more cast additions for the upcoming second season of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Chin Han (Long Feng), Hoa Xuande (Professor Zei), Justin Chien (King Kuei), Amanda Zhou (Joo Dee), Crystal Yu (Lady Beifong), Kelemete Misipeka (The Boulder), Lourdes Faberes (General Sung) and Rekha Sharma (Amita) have each joined the cast. They join previously announced Miya Cech (Toph alongside returning cast Gordan Cormier (Aang), Kiawentiio (Katara), Ian Ousley (Sokka), Dallas Liu (Zuko), Elizabeth Yu (Azula), Paul Sun-Hyung Lee (Iroh), Daniel Dae Kim (Fire Lord Ozai), Momona Tamada (Ty Lee), and Thalia Tran (Mai). 

Season three of Harlem will premiere on Prime Video January 23. The new season will follow the core four women, Angie (Shoniqua Shandai), Quinn (Grace Byers), Camille (Meagan Good) and Tye (Jerrie Johnson), on the precipice of change like never before. Whether it be motherhood, singlehood, sisterhood, complicated career journeys, or even more complicated families, our stylish and ambitious best girlfriends strive to finally choose themselves above all else. To spice things up even more, newcomers Kofi Siriboe, Logan Browning, Robin Givens, and Gail Bean join the cast in recurring roles. Siriboe will portray Seth, an MLB player whose confident, charming, and sweet mannerisms land him a spot in one of the ladies’ hearts. In celebration of its fifth anniversary, Disney+ unveiled an action-packed special look at its slate, including highly anticipated series from Marvel, Star Wars, Hulu, and FX and featuring never-before-seen footage from upcoming new and returning original series for both Disney+ and Hulu. The two-minute star-studded video showcases fan-favorite returning series including first looks at Cassian’s next chapter in Lucasfilm’s Andor Season 2, the inner workings of Carmy’s restaurant in FX’s The Bear Season 4, and June’s final journey in Season 6 of the Hulu Original The Handmaid’s Tale. Viewers will also get an exclusive first look at FX’s Alien: Earth, the new Hulu Glen Powell series Chad Powers, and Ellen Pompeo’s limited series about Natalia Grace titled Good American Family. Fans will also see new looks at Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again, coming March 4, 2025, as well as a glimpse into season 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

Limited series The Trunk premieres on Netflix November 29. A mysterious trunk washes up on shore and threatens to unravel a web of secrets involving a discreet matchmaking service and one of its couples.

The sixth and final season of The Handmaid’s Tale will premiere on hulu Spring 2025. Adapted from the classic novel by Margaret Atwood, the series is the story of life in the dystopia of Gilead, a totalitarian society in what was formerly the United States. Offred (Elisabeth Moss), one of the few fertile women known as Handmaids in the oppressive Republic of Gilead, struggles to survive as a reproductive surrogate for a powerful Commander and his resentful wife. The final season stars Elisabeth Moss, Yvonne Strahovski, Bradley Whitford, Max Minghella, Ann Dowd, O.T. Fagbenle, Samira Wiley, Madeline Brewer, Amanda Brugel, Sam Jaeger, Ever Carradine, and Josh Charles.

Comedy special James Acaster: Hecklers Welcome premieres on HBO November 23. James Acaster explores his love/hate relationship with standup by relinquishing control of his set and accepting a healthy dose of audience interference – aka heckling. With his wiry observational eye and incomparable wit, Acaster shares hilarious on-the-fly meta-analysis of his own material, along with stories from his childhood that spurred him to pursue a career in comedy – from his participation in his grandmother’s spinning wheel workshop at school to his impersonation of Prince Charles at age six. In front of an obliging audience at the Royal & Derngate theatre in Northampton, England, Acaster unleashes his infectious energy as he delves into what initially drew him to the stage and what keeps him there. 

Very Scary People premieres on ID December 15. Hosted by Donnie Wahlberg, the series gives viewers a look inside society’s most evil minds. It delves into the depths of nefarious crimes and the masterminds behind them. The series offers personal firsthand accounts, rare in-depth interviews and remarkable archival footage, weaving a captivating narrative of these chilling tales. Each episode spotlights a criminal whose horrific acts terrorized their communities, tracing their deranged actions from inception to the eventual triumph of justice. 

Asura, a modern take on the classic Japanese family drama, premieres January 9 on Netflix. Set in 1979, the story follows four sisters – Tsunako, Makiko, Takiko, and Sakiko – whose lives are shaken by the discovery of their aging father’s affair. Like the “asura,” demigods in Buddhist cosmology, these women embody a whirlwind of emotions, clashing fiercely yet sharing moments of profound connection. True crime docuseries Vow of Silence: The Assassination of Annie Mae premieres November 26 on hulu. The series examines the murder of Annie Mae Aquash – a Mi’kmaq woman from Nova Scotia, Canada, a mother of two daughters, a teacher, and a revolutionary who fought for Indigenous rights in the 1970s and whose death went unsolved for almost 30 years. Set between the sweeping landscape of American politics in the volatile 70s and the present-day investigation by Annie Mae’s daughter to uncover secrets from the past, this is a fascinating story of murder, intrigue, love, and betrayal that contextualizes Annie Mae’s story within the larger story of the struggle of Native and First Nations women in their own communities that continues even today. 

Human Vs. Hamster premieres on Max November 21. It is a cheeky eight-episode competition series where the world’s most remarkable pet hamsters go toe-to-toe with teams of humans in scaled challenges that will test their speed, strength, agility – and, of course, their eating prowess – all for the sake of answering the burning question: “Which species is superior, humans or hamsters?” The team who wins the most challenges against the hamsters moves on to an epic obstacle course – The Cage – where they must escape before the hamsters to win. Sarah Sherman will host with football commentator Kyle Brandt, plus television personality Brian Balthazar as the resident hamster enthusiast.

Holiday comedy special Jeff Dunham’s Scrooged-Up Holiday Special premieres November 19 on Prime Video. The special is inspired by Dunham’s vision to recreate the beloved holiday story, A Christmas Carol, with his iconic characters in the classic roles. Walter is obvious – there’s only one man who can play Scrooge! But when Jeff assigns Bubba J, Peanut, Little Jeff and Achmed their thespian parts, they don’t quite agree and his plan spins hilariously out-of-control during this stand-up comedy special.

Skeleton Crew premieres December 3 on Disney+. Told through the perspective of four kids, the series follows them as they make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy, crossing paths with the likes of Jod Na Nawood, a mysterious character that Jude Law portrays. 

Season three of Dark Winds premieres March 9 on AMC and AMC+. The expanded third season, featuring eight episodes, picks up six months after the events of Season 2 and follows Lt. Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee as they investigate the disappearance of two boys, with only an abandoned bicycle and blood-stained patch of ground left in their wake. Meanwhile, Bernadette Manuelito attempts to settle into her new life 500 miles from home with the Border Patrol, but stumbles across a conspiracy involving human and drug smuggling with far-reaching implications. 

John Mulaney will host NBC’s Saturday Night Live November 2. Chappell Roan will serve as musical guest on the late night series. 

Gordon Ramsay’s iconic series Kitchen Nightmares: Road to Super Bowl LIX returns with a supercharged two-hour episode, Wednesday, January 1 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), with regular episodes airing on Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT, beginning January 8 on FOX. The first half of the season is set in New Orleans, the home of Super Bowl LIX, and will air weekly leading up to the big game, with in-episode countdowns by Ramsay and appearances by current and former NFL stars. The season will also provide an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the New Orleans-based restaurants, who under Ramsay’s guidance, will have the chance to be reinvigorated and running prior to the biggest sports weekend of the year. With tens of thousands of football fans descending on the Big Easy during Super Bowl week, the restaurants will have an enormous opportunity to make it or break it. The second half of the season will feature restaurants in Austin and Houston. 

Sixty years after debuting on the network, the Christmas classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is returning to NBC for a special 75-minute telecast on Friday, December 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, the exact same date it premiered in 1964 as part of the “General Electric Fantasy Hour.” Rudolph ran on NBC from 1964 through 1971 before moving to CBS. The classic animated special offers the perspective of Rudolph, who’s told he could not play in any Reindeer Games due to his glowing nose. Rudolph sets out on a fantastic journey where he meets Hermey the elf, prospector Yukon Cornelius and a host of Misfit Toys, all while trying to hide from the Abominable Snow Monster. The story is told narrated by Burl Ives, who plays Sam the Snowman and whose iconic recording of the “Rudolph” song has become part of the culture. NBC will also air another Christmas classic, Frosty the Snowman, on Thursday, December 5 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT. 

HBO has ordered DTF ST. Louis to series. A darkly comedic limited series about a love triangle between three adults experiencing middle-age malaise, that leads to one of them ending up dead. Jason Bateman and David Harbour will star. 

Superpower comedy series The WONDERfools is coming soon to Netflix. The series follows a group of awkward townies who unexpectedly gain superpowers and fight villains threatening the peace of Haeseong city. 

The English Dub of Blue Exorcist -Beyond the Snow Saga- premieres on Crunchyroll November 2. Begin the investigation into the Illuminati and step into the dark side of the Knights of the True Cross. 

How We Became the Biggest Band in the World and Vampirina have been ordered to series at Disney Channel and Disney+. The two music-driven, live-action comedies are slated to premiere in 2025. How We Became the Biggest Band in the World follows three members of a mega-famous pop group as they tell the story of their band and friendship, starting with the day they all met in middle school. Vampirina follows a tween vampire girl who leaves Transylvania to live amongst humans and pursue her passion for music. 

NBC’s official telecast of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air live from 8:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. ET/PT on Thursday, November 28. The parade, which begins on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and ends at Macy’s Herald Square flagship store, will also simulstream on Peacock and have an encore on NBC at 2 p.m. ET/PT. The 98th Macy’s Parade lineup will be the largest yet with more than 5,000 volunteers, 17 featured character balloons, 22 floats, 15 heritage and novelty balloons, more than 700 clowns, 11 marching bands, 10 performance groups and music’s biggest stars, all welcoming Santa Claus and the holidays. Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Al Roker will once again join as hosts of the celebration. 

Season two of Rhythm + Flow premieres November 20 on Netflix. The hip hop music competition is hosted by a panel of industry heavy hitters ready to discover the next generation’s rap star. This competition will feature contestants from all over the country who are hungry and ready to prove themselves to see if they have what it takes to take home the grand prize of $250,000 and the title of hip hop’s newest star.

Initially, Hollyoaks episodes premiere on Channel 4’s official streaming platform in the UK. The episode then airs on E4 for a television broadcast the following day, before being uploaded to YouTube for a global audience two weeks later.

Fans have been urging Lime Productions and Hollyoaks to make the show accessible to international viewers, and it seems their calls have been answered.

Hollyoaks has ushered in a new era under Executive Producers Hannah Cheers and Angelo Abela. This September, the show will undergo a significant transformation with a “time jump” similar to Days of Our Lives, advancing the storyline by one year. Additionally, the show will reduce its broadcast schedule from five days a week to three.

An after-credit trailer is set to feature on the Hollyoaks hourlong special airing Tuesday E4, which includes an exclusive first look at Rita Simons new character.

Tracksuit clad Marie will be sneaking into the Chester village this year after leaving prison, with her first order of business being to steal Mercedes’ red dress from the McQueen washing line.

The Channel 4 soap confirms that she is set to cause a stir, being the mother of established Hollyoaks character, Joel Dexter, played by Rory Douglas Speed.

Talking about her upcoming appearance, Rita said “Marie’s got a lot of ties here, so I think there’s going to be quite a lot of trouble between quite a few characters, and you will just have to keep watching to see…”

However, Rafe, unable to perpetuate the charade, confesses to Dilly that his affections have shifted, and it is Sienna whom he truly desires.
